Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful, timely support.
Document customer interactions and update internal databases and CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and support policies.
Meet individual and team performance goals, including response time and satisfaction ratings.
