Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information on insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments
Assist with issue resolution and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments for complex concerns
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Promote customer satisfaction and uphold ICICI Lombard's service standards
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Prior experience in customer support or insurance (preferred but not required)
