Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support requests from customers.
Assist customers with product-related queries, issues, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Work closely with the team to improve customer experience.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.
