Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Responsible for calling insurance companies and obtaining claim status from different payers & documenting it in the system Follow-up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayment

Any graduate - Bachelor's (Preferred) Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)Skill Set Flexible to work from office in UK Shift
