The Office Support Executive will handle client calls, maintain basic admin tasks, support sales teams with communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely
Share product/service information with clients
Maintain client data and update records regularly
Support sales team by scheduling follow-ups
Assist in preparing basic reports and documentation
Manage emails, messages, and other communication tasks
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Maintain a professional appearance and pleasant communication tone
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Ability to handle customer queries with patience
Time management and multitasking ability
Team working mindset and confidence on calls
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
