Qualification: Diploma (Electronics, Hardware & Networking) / BCA



Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and maintenance for biometric machines and access control systems at client sites.
Installation, configuration, training and troubleshooting of hardware/software queries at client sites.

Must have a two wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the city (up to 100 kms daily) and to nearby states as per company requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and deliver high-quality customer service.
Maintain accurate documentation of service reports and client interactions.
Prior experience in biometric systems is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
