Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Customer Care Executive
to join our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and basic knowledge of Excel to manage and track customer returns and replacements efficiently.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience in Customer Support / RMA / After-Sales Service can apply.
