Customer Feedback Collection:
Regularly gather feedback from customers to improve products and customer experience.
Webinar Invitation Management:
Plan, manage, and send webinar invitations to targeted audiences ensuring a smooth registration process.
Sales CRM Management:
Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Collaboration with Sales Teams:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
Education and Skills Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree is compulsory.
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills to nurture leads and handle customer feedback effectively.
