Educational Qualification: B.Sc. IT or Diploma in IT Hardware & Networking.
Good understanding of IT hardware, networking concepts, and related products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle client complaints related to ongoing projects.
Manage field engineers and assign tickets to field engineers or OEM engineers for timely closure.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Coordinate effectively with customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
Salary: Up to ?2.4 LPA.
Female candidate from South Delhi location is preferred.
