We are Hiring Customer Support Executive-Team Leader
A Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Customer Support members,ensuring quality service delivery,handling customer issues,providing guidance and support to team members,and analyzing perfomance improvement techniques to improve service efficiency and dealers mrelationship.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Monitor Teammembers Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Creating policies and procedures.
Planning the standardization of service delivery.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Make sure and Lead teammembers to have a regular Follow up with Dealers and Customers.
