Role: Customer Support Executive-Hindi Voice process



Work Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Interview Location : 3rd Floor,Chamiers Towers, Chamiers Road, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018

Eligibility: Fresher's & Experienced candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls

Resolve customer complaints and concerns

Provide product or service information

Process customer requests

Maintain accurate records

Requirements:



Fluent in Hindi and basic English

Fresher or 0-6 months of experience

Non-Graduate, Diploma, or Graduate degree

Good communication skills in their native language and basic English (ability to read and speak)

Salary: 17,000 plus incentives

Interview Process:



Only one round of interview with AI-based interview categories (written, speaking, and listening)

The interview will be in basic English, so candidates must have basic English skills

Proficiency in their native language is mandatory
