In this challenging position as Customer Support executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email, call and Chat support) for a fast growing USA Ecommerce Services Company.
Responsibilities and Duties
To provide email, call, chat support for international customers
Take part in daily stand-up meetings
Utilize and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT for new developments
Support requests from senior management
Fluency in English is Must. (US Slang)
Effective written and verbal communication
Self-driven and goal orientated + strong organizational talent.
A positive can-do attitude and collaborate with international teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
