Job description:
Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and calls
Understand customer issues and troubleshoot software/product-related problems
Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until resolution
Coordinate with development and QA teams for complex technical issues
Maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Ensure adherence to SLA and response timelines
Provide product demos or walkthroughs when required
Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
