Job Title: Client Communication & Technical Support Executive
Job Summary:
We're looking for a confident communicator with strong convincing skills to handle client calls, chats explain technical details, and manage data effectively. The ideal candidate should be client-focused, and able to analyze and handle data to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via calls and chats to resolve queries and build rapport
Manage and analyze client data for reporting and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and client interactions
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of data handling (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Basic technical understanding of systems or software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
