Job Description

Customer Support Executive (WhatsApp Communication) with 1+ year of work experience required in a healthcare brand located at Lower Parel / Parel (nearby staion), Mumbai

Candidates with WhatsApp communication experience preferred

JD:

- Manage customer queries, orders, payments, refunds, and complaints via WhatsApp Business, and emails within SLA timelines (sometimes on call)

- Ensure quick and empathetic resolution, achieving high first-contact closure rates

- Maintain daily reports of customer conversations to track recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement
- Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth order processing and timely updates

- Achieve high first-contact resolution (80%+) by delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism

Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be increased slightly)
