Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through
phone, email, and chat

Provide
accurate and timely
responses to customer concerns.
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain and update customer information in internal tools/CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Document interactions and prepare reports for performance and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
0-1 year
of experience in
voice / semi-voice
customer support (non-technical).
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Fluent in Hindi
(Mandatory) -- English & Tamil are a plus.
Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written.
Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
