Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The individual will address customer queries, assist with issue resolution, provide online support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves offering technical support where necessary and maintaining excellent communication with customers to enhance their overall experience with NoBrokerHood.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service. Must have 0.6-1 year experience in Customer support Executive Should have Good communication skills in English and Hindi Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment. Previous experience in similar roles or industries will be an advantage. Relevant educational background, with a focus on business, technology, or communications preferred.
