Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our CRM department. The role involves assisting customer queries with Phone Calls and Emails only. Freshers with basic typing speed can also apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with there queries through calls and emails.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Maintain call quality standards and comply with the company's CS process.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.
Key Skills & Competencies
Basic verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer skills and typing.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
0-2 years of experience and Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience in insurance, telecom, banking, or retail sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
