Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in the Kolkata metropolitan area at UnPay. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing technical support on-site.

Qualifications



Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills. Online Support and Customer Service skills Technical Support skills Experience in a customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks Knowledge of fintech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
