Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to support tickets, emails, and forum messages

- Engage with gaming community and moderate discussions

- Document and report technical issues to development team

- Assist with customer communications and office coordination

Requirements:

- 2+ years customer service experience

- Strong written communication skills

- Ability to identify and document technical problems

- Gaming or online community experience preferred

- Must work in-office
