Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic

Customer Support Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client queries related to legal services via phone, email, or chat Explain legal procedures, timelines, and required documents Generate and qualify leads by reaching out to potential clients Coordinate with legal teams and update clients on case progress Follow up for documents and ensure timely issue resolution Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on leads and client interactions

Key Skills Required:



Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Bengali and English preferred Strong persuasion and lead generation skills Basic understanding of legal services or terminology (training will be provided) Patience, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive issues Proficiency in MS Office Good organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications:



Minimum Qualification:12th Pass 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or legal support Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
