Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound voice calls Assist customers with technical queries Troubleshoot internet, broadband, hardware, and software issues Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
