Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from customers based in international regions (primarily US/UK).
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or support issues.
Provide first-contact resolution and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Document call details, customer interactions, and actions taken in the CRM system.
Follow standard operating procedures and call quality parameters.
Meet performance metrics including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Any Graduate (preferred); Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience:
0 - 3 years of experience in voice-based customer service or international BPO.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Work Environment:
Comfortable working in a night shift and rotational weekly offs.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
