voice-based process

project. This role is ideal for candidates with

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

, and a passion for

helping

customers in solving their enquiries on inbound calls/Outbound calls/E-mail.

Key Responsibilities



Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in Tamil/Malayalam. Language Combination required: (English + Tamil/Malyalam) Exceptional phone manner Be a self-starter with attention to detail. Log in hours (Total hours 10::00 hrs. & Production hours - 9:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual. Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates Process: Multilingual support for a Home appliance project Working days after training: 5days with 2 days rotational weekly off. Location: Tech Mahindra LTD,Ohris Towers,Near Clock tower,Beside Centenary Baptist church,secunderabad,500003

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong written and verbal communication skills with neutral Indian Accent. Ability to communicate calmly co-workers. Proficient in customer service Active listening and comprehension skills Ability to build positive relationships Freshers/Experienced, both are welcome.
