Eligibility Criteria:



Education: Graduate candidates only (Freshers & Experienced both can apply) Excellent communication skills in

English

Basic computer knowledge required Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound and outbound customer calls

professionally and courteously Assist customers with

queries, complaints, and service-related issues

Provide accurate information and ensure

high levels of customer satisfaction

Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department promptly Meet daily/weekly

performance and quality targets

as per company standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
