Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and service requests Ensure clear, professional communication with customers Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards Maintain call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Achieve individual performance and quality targets

Minimum

6 months of voice process experience

Graduates & Undergraduates
