Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a professional inbound voice process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing accurate information with a polite and professional approach.

This is a full-time office-based role in Turbhe. Candidates must be comfortable working in a call center environment and speaking to customers on a daily basis

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls Understand customer queries and provide correct solutions Maintain a polite, calm, and professional tone Update basic details in the system after each call Follow company communication and process guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
