Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Follow company processes and communication guidelines Update customer details in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

PUC / 12th pass (maximum required) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication skills in English and/or local language Basic computer knowledge Willing to work in shifts (if required)

Starting salary:

?13,000 per month Salary based on performance and experience Incentives and bonuses available
