Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
Assist customers with registration, payment, or account-related issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Achieve set performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure a high level of customer retention through quality service and relationship management.
