Handle inbound customer calls for online order support
Resolve queries regarding order tracking, returns, payments, etc.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution

Hindi (North Hindi dialect preferred)

Requirements:
Good communication skills in both
Hindi and English
Versant score of 4 or above
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in a rotational week-off schedule
