We are hiring for a

Voice Support role

for Decathlon Sports. The selected candidates will handle customer queries related to

online orders

- including order status, returns, delivery issues, and general assistance.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls for online order support Resolve queries regarding order tracking, returns, payments, etc. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution Communicate effectively in

Hindi (North Hindi dialect preferred)

and

English


Requirements:



Good communication skills in both

Hindi and English

Versant score of 4 or above

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Willingness to work in a rotational week-off schedule

Freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
