Location: Mohali.
Shift Timing: UK Shift (Monday-Friday)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Alternate Saturdays
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and confident professionals to join our UK Logistics calling team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a clear and confident voice, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to UK logistics and operations.
  • Communicate effectively with UK clients and partners to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update shipment details in the system.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through courteous and efficient communication.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely updates.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and confident voice clarity.
  • Prior experience in voice process or logistics calling will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in UK shift timings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
