Bizz Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
for our international logistics voice process team. The role involves directly interacting with international clients to resolve shipment-related queries and provide real-time logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers concerning shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
Deliver accurate, clear, and timely communication to clients across various global time zones.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HQ Team, IT Team, customs) to ensure smooth logistics execution.
Log interactions and maintain updated records in CRM and internal systems.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Consistently meet customer service KPIs and SLAs.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an international BPO voice process, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Willing to work rotational or night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preference for Logistics, Commerce, or Business).
Familiarity with global logistics workflows, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
Experience using logistics CRMs or platforms is a plus.
