Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
Adhere to process guidelines and company policies at all times.
