Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls or chat.
Provide accurate information and support to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Recommend suitable paid solutions or upgrades based on customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions using internal systems.
Deliver high-quality service standards through empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve service quality and conversion outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent spoken English (
Versant Level 4 or above
).
Strong communication in
English and Hindi
.
Graduates or Undergraduates
may apply.
Prior experience in
Voice or Chat Support
preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
