Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Language Skills:

Good verbal communication in English and Hindi

Shifts:

Comfortable with rotational shifts (6 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions Maintain service quality and update system records accurately Meet daily performance and quality targets
