We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented professionals to join our

Voice Process Team

in Chennai. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally.

The

Customer Support Agent

will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions for the US Telecom process. This includes addressing customer queries, updating account information, converting sales when required, and delivering high-quality service aligned with client standards and expectations.

Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts to support US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, emails, and chat interactions for US customers.

Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer queries. Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records in the system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Demonstrate strong communication and customer-handling skills at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in international voice or customer support processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to manage customer pressure, resolve issues, and multitask effectively. Basic computer and navigation skills. Willingness to work night shifts.

Desired Skills & Additional Experience



Basic knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong convincing skills and interpersonal abilities. Experience in back-office operations such as order processing, document verification, content moderation, and data entry.

Salary & Benefits



Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience). Performance-based appraisals and career growth opportunities. Comprehensive on-the-job training and skill development support.
