Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide effective customer support for international clients.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure adherence to quality and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
