Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve inbound customer inquiries from

US/Canada clients

related to computers, printers, and associated devices. Provide exceptional customer service through voice support and remote assistance tools. Document, track, and follow up on customer issues using CRM platforms. Perform basic technical troubleshooting and recommend relevant services or products when appropriate. Build positive customer relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction. Participate actively in team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous training programs. Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards during every customer interaction. Meet performance metrics such as resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and call quality benchmarks. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and customer experience.
