We are looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as

Customer Support Executives

for our

US-based process

. This role is perfect for candidates who have prior experience working night shifts and handling US clients or customers.

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from US-based customers Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner Work efficiently during US business hours (Night Shift IST) Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions Record and update customer information accurately in internal systems Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience

in a US process or night shift role Strong command over

spoken and written English

Understanding of

US time zones, culture, and customer expectations

Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service best practices Willingness to work full night shifts (IST time zone: 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM or similar) Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in customer service, tech support, or sales for US clients Knowledge of US geography
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
