We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive with a strong background in the
US P&C insurance domain - preferably commercial Insurance
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in underwriting back-office support like cleaning up underwriting data, quote creation handling customer queries, policy servicing, while ensuring compliance with US insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound request via, chats, and emails from US-based business users.
Provide accurate information and assistance related to policy coverage, billing, claims, renewals, and endorsements.
Process customer service requests including policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and updates.
Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and brokers to resolve complex customer queries.
Ensure strict adherence to
data privacy regulations
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in customer support within the
US insurance industry
(P&C).
Strong knowledge of insurance processes including policy administration, claims lifecycle, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a
neutral/US accent
.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and insurance software platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work US shifts (night shifts in India).
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with
NAIC, and state-wise insurance compliance
.
Experience in handling escalated customers and providing resolution.
Knowledge of insurance coding and documentation standards.
