We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in

VOICE and CHAT

processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities :



1. Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

2. Providing customer service through

calls and chat

.

3. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements:



1. Graduate and Under-graduate with experience.

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
