Job Role: Customer Support Executive - Voice (Banking Process)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services
Resolve customer queries and service requests professionally
Upsell and cross-sell banking products, including:
Debit / Credit Card upgrades
EMI conversion on credit card dues
Loan top-ups (Home / Personal Loans)
Insurance products
Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi

Shift & Working Details:
Working hours: Any 9-hour shift between
8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
6 days working
with rotational weekly offs
Dress Code:
Monday to Friday: Formal wear
Saturday & Sunday: Semi-casuals
