Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

to manage and resolve user inquiries through chat and phone support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing questions related to withdrawals, deposits, and any technical or operational issues users may encounter on the application.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customers promptly via chat and phone regarding queries related to

withdrawals, deposits, account issues

, and general application support. Provide accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Troubleshoot user-reported issues and guide customers through solutions. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. Identify recurring issues and report them to the team for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (chat and call support preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high volumes of queries with accuracy and patience. Basic understanding of digital applications and transaction processes (withdrawals & deposits). Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
