Customer Care Executive



Handle customer inquiries, giving prompt answers to customer questions. Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.



6 months of experience in customer service in the BPO industry. (Mandatory).



Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory).



Graduated fresher can apply



Lingual language: Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada/Marathi/Gujarati



Age Limit - 30 Yrs.



Need immediate Joiners

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
