We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our Noida office. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, chat, or email to address their issues and provide solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
Talk to customers on phone, chat, or email. Help customers solve their problems or answer their questions. Give correct information in a polite way. Follow up with customers if needed. Work with other team members to solve problems. Make sure customers are happy and satisfied.

Candidate Attributes:
Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi and English. Must be comfortable working in rotational shift of 9 hours between 7 AM-11 PM. A positive attitude and good listening skills.
0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can ). Ready to learn and grow.
