Customer Support Executive (Telecalling)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to customers and respond to incoming queries. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
