We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to handle health-related queries of customers. The role involves resolving patient/customer queries related to healthcare services, insurance, doctor consultation, diagnostics, and other health support processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails regarding healthcare-related queries.
Assist customers in booking doctor appointments (virtual/physical) and diagnostic tests.
Provide information about health insurance coverage, group mediclaim, and claim process.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and diagnostic centers for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Escalate critical issues to the concerned department for faster resolution.
Ensure high levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English).
Basic knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
Experience in healthcare customer service/insurance/telecalling preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
