Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Must know Hindi & English (Both)

Versant Level 4 required

Minimum 6 months experience required

Salary:

Undergraduate - ?15,000

Graduate - ?16,000

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (6 AM - 12 AM)

9 hour shift including 1hr brk

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries & issues via voice process

Deliver excellent customer service & resolve concerns effectively

Communicate professionally in both English & Hindi

Record customer interactions & escalate when required

Manage customer conversations in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Good customer handling & problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge & typing skills

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:

Customer support: 1 year (Required)
