We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, feedback, or appointment scheduling.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
Log all interactions in the customer service database.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Assist with other support channels (e.g., email, chat) if needed.
