Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to clients for updates, follow-ups, and relationship management. Maintain and update client information accurately in Google Sheets. Coordinate and share updates with clients via Telegram and other platforms. Assist in explaining basic chart patterns and candlestick formations when needed. Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client handling. Provide prompt responses to client queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:



Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Other relevant languages]. Proficiency in using Google Sheets and basic data management tools. Familiarity with Telegram and online communication platforms. Basic understanding of chart patterns and candlestick analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions daily.

Nice to Have:



Prior experience in trading, stock market, or financial services. Basic knowledge of technical analysis tools.
